Cooked the vegies in a shallow dish the same way. Grease proof paper in the bottom. Place vegies in a plastic bag, add oil and roll around.

Tip vegies out of bag into oven with grease proof paper in the bottom.

For those that have had trouble using a camp oven. Note the rack in the bottom. A drop of water in the bottom and the rack and you will not burn the bum out of your roast.

Also use the same rack when cooking damper or bread.
