Went to Cabbage Tree Creek Saturday with Faulked.

Short version is we got a few Bream on bait like Prawns and steak and then Faulked got a Pike and Bream on his SX48 Then I got a Ray on Prawn and we got a Couple more Bream on bait biggest I think was 28cm Faulked got a little tailor on fresh Pike Then I got a 40cm Flattie on Pike and a small Tailor and a Pike on a SX40 we got a bit of rain but a good mornings fishing [img size=500]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/2008_04_19_002_AFO.jpg

thanks heaps for the morning out malcolm it wasnt a bad morning despite the ominous looking clouds i thought we were up for a drenching but it stayed reasonable still good company allways makes up for the weather

at least there was a few fish around to harrass

no bull sharks a leaping rocket maybe next time

did you end up trying the steak for bait mate and how did you find it

ill post a piccie of the ray when the missus gets back with her camera a man cant pinch a camera in peace these days lol
