I'm just a little confused, lets say the rod costs $40 after the 60% discount (original price $100( is it going to be 20% off the $40 meaning the rod will cost $32 or is it a total of 80% off meaning the rod costs $20?

$249.99 was the tag price for the graphite surfrod i got one with a mojiko mj5000 reel(made by penn) for $128.oo all up cant wait to try it out
