Fishing vests in a kayak

Hey guys, anyone on here use a fishing vest when kayaking, I used to use one when flyfishing down south and can see they could be quite practical at minimising a self confessed tackle rat like me from taking everything but the kitchen sink (I caught this off Brian:P ) The one I had wouldn't be practical as it was made for the nasty climatic conditions of Victorias central lakes, but if anyone has a light, comfortable vest they can paddle unrestricted in, please tell me the brand.
