Where can I buy cheese board??

It's the white board that most baitboards are made from.

Any idea??

good question! umm say 50cm by 30cm or bigger if i can get it.

Id try a chef shop. There is one in west end and one in the valley.

They have cutting board for industrial kitchens etc and come in all sizes big and small.

Even if there was one that was to big it would easy to to modify with a hack saw id imagine.

yeah i agree with angus...but a circlur saw would be the go to cut it..

Im installing a live well in the middle seat of my tinny so maybe a chopping board that runs the entire length of the seat would be good.

you can get big cutting boards fron Coles, Big W etc.

Ian Smith at Shiloh Plastics 38880166 at Narangbah around $15 they are second hand with cut marks in them as they are used as a backing board for cutting plastic. The cut marks are a help as they help stop the fish from sliding off them.
