resolved Dpi Links and Time

The Dpi links on the right hand side havn't been working for a while now for me, I click on them and it takes to a page with all this random technical writing. And on the forum lists where it lists all the different sections, Time times are an hour ahead, eg a post that was posted a 5:45pm (1745) says its posted at 1845 so an hour ahead, Is this something to do with daylight savings?

Doesnt bother me that much but just thought i'd let you know and does anyone have the same problem with the dpi links?
