Greenzones?

Hi guys with these new greenzones, im just wondering how you know the boundaries of the zones? Its highly unlikely their going to signpost all the greenzone areas and yellow zone areas is it, If you have a GPS than you'd be right but their is a shitload of people who dont, What are they meant to do?

And also say if im driving through a greenzone to get to a yellow or blue zone is that allowed, Because they could argue that u were about to start fishing or something couldnt they?, If they are brought in whens the date that u can no longer fish these areas?

GPS is it, close in you might have some landmarks on shore you can use. I have heard Commercial boats can be fined just for entering Green zones (trawlers),but that could just be a rumour. As far as I am aware not recreational boats, you have to be seen with a line in the water.

Also I think they cant fine you based on just GPS anymore, they lost some court case a while back, dunno what their new methods will be.
