In any given post I usually find terms that I am unsure of or completely ignorant of :blink: . I don't know how it could be done or if its outside the realms of what everyone wants for the AFO site. It struck me that a glossary of terms, that could be edited wikipedia style until it is to everyones liking, would be really helpful. It could even include things like knots and how to tie them, weather terminology and how it affects fishing etc.

Just an idea, what do you think?

Argh this term was used while I was in High School. It requires 1 or more eggs, a student and a practiced eye. The eger would walk past the egee and smash the egg onto there head. Was a very funny past time on cold windy days. thus the term eging was invented;)

best results when egg is uncooked!

Thanks guys,

Shortie, I think I tried the glossary page ages ago and came to a dead end and it probably stuck in my mind. I generally find glossaries really helpful and assumed (wrongly) that the reason I don't use one here is because it doesn't exist.

Chubbstar, thanks mate I am never shy to ask a question and I'm sure to fire a few your direction sooner or later :blink: :laugh: :laugh: .

Eging: on an aside has anyone else noticed that the term is losing favour with previous users? :ohmy:
