queensland Breakfast Creek near Whitworths

Was down at Witworth Marine on Sandgate Rd today, (near the boatramp) having a bit of a looksee (checking out their deep cycle batteries) and noticed the easy acces to Breakfast creek all along here. I dont remember anybody reporting catching anything along here though.

I was wondering if there are any fish along here, or do the concreted banks stuff up the fishing?

Never really tried in that area. Tried just up from there though, at the bridge. I really should try there again with live bait etc. I remember getting huge hits, and big flatties around that area. Where, I'm not saying until further inspection:) Even then, I might not say:)

If we're thinking about the same spots, it's certainly worth a shot with all those pylons.

To annoy Terry Andrew,

I know certain people who while cathing mullet in the cast net for later shark fishing several very decent flatties have been landed there.

Also in the cast net have been Bream and Cod.

So although i have no confirmed line caught fish, if they are there, why not?
