just got back from brekky creek didnt get anything, i went under the bridge past the hobbo flickin a sp got what seemed to be hit but couldve been a snag so i walked up the creek alot further were there were some poddy mullet and had a go of my popper there.........still nothing walk back to the mouth saw the first fish of the day, was a bream about 15cm long

I flicked an sx40 around BC at lunchtime to test out a new rod. Was getting bream follows and a few short hookups on 15lb leader. No size to the fish but good to see them chasing HBs, should start to fish well soon hopefully.
