queensland GC offshore 14/9/08

Just a quick report since there are a few of you wondering how Benno573 got on yesterday. Kreel and I jumped aboard as deckies and we were on the water around 6ish. We found a good spot for livies and found that Benno's esky makes a great live well. We barely got a touch all morning except for one good run on Benno's livie :woohoo: which failed to hook up.:angry: It got pretty lumpy by late morning so we headed back in and fished one of the canals with our offshore gear :laugh:

Benno: 1 scorpion cod, 1 tailor

Kreel: 1 trevally, 1 stripy thing, 1 bream

Tacklebox: 3 bream

Only just been able to sit down again myself:dry:

I've haven't been affected by the curse since falling off the DI rocks. Haven't wet a line since then either (except when giving the gear a clean)
