Hey Steve, Welcome to AFO.
You have just posted a 'Status Update', that most members do not follow, unfortunately.
May I suggest that you copy what you have written and 'Create' a Topic in the 'Introduce Yourself' forum.
It's a pretty friendly forum, so members are always there to help out and friendships outside the forum are not unusual.
Cheers,
Brian

HI ALL happy to be back,it's that time of year, Chasing BIG yellowfin whiting and by the looks of it there are some big ones around
my last trip down to the Nerang River ,this was a daytime fish with 12 whiting up to 40cm, that gave us 1.25 kgs of fillets, there was plenty of bycatch bream, tarwine, ponyfish, but there was some cracker whiting around, most were on blood worms and yabbies, i worked up stream from Sundale Bridge to the Chambers, just working the sand banks on the bends and corners.
Happy New Year to all .
Cheers Chris

Woke up crook on the 3rd January and went for a test that morning. Got result on 6th January when I was already feeling better. Went down again for a day or so. Tested again today with a R A Test - all clear. So 8 or 9 days all up. I got the initial result through My Health via the MyGov website. I never received an sms from the testers.

Ellicat. Was there couple of weeks ago. Bream along rock wall and tuna in channel but boat needed. If Dolphins in area forget it. Fish up near the baited shark drumlines also for good flathead. Incoming tide best for first two hours. Few areas further up near Flinders beach good for Whiting when the netters are not there.. Good luck.
