    Cairns Area

In 2 weeks time I'll be in cairns for 2 weeks. Just wondering if there's any locals on here to point me in the right direction to do some landbased fishing. Will be staying at trinity beach, but will have a hire car so can and will travel with in reason. Cheers

    Cobby passage

It's been a while since I've posted anything in here, been busy with work, buying a new house and helping my wife lookafter my little boy. Going down to Jacobs well for a few nights in a week and a half, and I wanted to get a cod or 2, what's cobby hole and cobby ledge like to fish? And are there any other rocky bottoms down that way worth drowning a live bait on? Cheers guys..

Whats the better dam to fish on, and what lures? Love to try Big w but i think my motor isnt direct fuel injected.
