Snapper ban is supposed to end in 2025. Reports from bottom of Yorke Peninsula is that whiting fishers are getting 10 snapper for every whiting. Small fish now... but HEAPS of them. I cant wait for the ban to end, they are my favourite target. Check out the area around Smokey Bay. Excellent fisjing region, BIG night skies. 30 min drive to Ceduna

Check out this Sth Aust site. You will get more local knowledge, https://www.fishinsa.com.au and be prepared to bring lots! Depending on where you finally settle.... there are not huge numbers of fishing shops to visit...

Definitely one with a machine gun mounted on the bow..... have you seen the size of crocs up there? and even the little sharks are 10 ft long!! Oh.... and I am jealous ........ very... very.. jealous....

SAw the brochure today. What intersts me is that they also appear to have a "chin strap" to keep the top of the vest tight. ONly seen this on VERY expensive ones before... I'll be there Sat morning!!

Yep.. I'd lose weight... Tomatos make me vomit and cabbage gives me the 'trots'..... -
Global warming..??? The polar icecaps my be melting but the creeks in the Adelaide hills are turning in to glaciers....
