    Hahaha will take that advice! May have to extend the holidays Thanks heaps guys helps me stop questioning myself whether to risk going out in this current climate. Cheers for the non bias replies on here too.. great to be on board with some experience anglers and boaties like yourselves.

    Hi Ellicat, Yes that's what I was looking for just take her for a dip at the moment. We were really looking forward to some Morton island time and around Bribie but yes this wind is horrible at the moment. Does it calm down autumn and winter? Have to go back to work soon and the forecast is not looking good Thanks again

    Hi guys, just landed in the area looking to explore the area get back into fishing currently have a Sea Ray 185 bowrider I use for both fishing and leisure. I've been reading about Morton bay area in different chats on here learning alot from you guys so thanks, Thinking of just stayed close to shore for a while until I get use to it.. any suggestions where to launch on the north side just low key to stretch her legs. Thanks in advance

    Hi Dave, I literally jumped on here to ask the same question, (I'm a bit late but did you get out there?) I'm new to the area Sea Ray 185 Bowrider looking to go exploring. Keen to get out also but this weather has other ideas.... Might just put her in and keep close to Bribie for the time being.
