Hello all, Pretty new to the whole forum thing but I thought I would reach out to get some advice or hear some experiences from others. I’m in the market for a new boat and I am considering purchasing a Quintrex Fishseeker and modifying it to suit my needs, i.e. console, larger fuel tank etc. One thing I would want to do is have more hp as the current max on the hull is 90 (maybe go up to 130/140hp). knowing that I will have to get re-rated my question is should I be considering having to install a pod or just go straight off the transom as is? Which would perform better? Cheers.

Hi Guys does anyone know of and can recommend an Aluminium Fabricator in the Redlands area? I'm wanting an Anchor well on the bow of my tinny and also need a little crack welded up. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Mick.

Hi, I like my current 4.8m tinny but it isn’t the softest ride. So I’d like something of a similar size that is more comfortable in the chop. Fishing is mostly for the bay, passage and possibly the odd trip out the top of Moreton. This boat is a touch smaller than I was thinking but I do like the look of it.
