The prospectus for the annual Gold Coast Home Show was released this week promoting the event as the largest regional Home Show event in Queensland and the only one for the Gold Coast.  The event is expected to attract record crowds as it combines with a major Caravan and Camping Expo which will see the event take the venue to almost full capacity.

According to Director Bob Carroll, the 2011 event in now in its 17th year and with the addition of an extensive caravan, camping, boating and outdoor display grid, the event will hold appeal for all age groups amid a relaxed, festive environment.

“This year we are going all out, with over 250 exhibitors set to showcase the latest in camper trailers, caravans, motor homes, boating and camping equipment, as well as the largest Home Show ever seen on the Gold Coast.â€

Last year the 3000sqm pavilions were filled to capacity with dozens of exhibitors displaying thousands of products and services for your home including personalised home entertainment, new solar innovations, health products and alternative healing, home and personal security, renovation ideas, tanks, pools, spas, fencing and heaps more.

“There’s just too many products to list so it’s an absolute must for anyone wanting to build, update or renovate.â€

Head of marketing Kevin Mackie says “The entertainment and prize draws for the event are shaping up to be the biggest and best ever and we’re bracing ourselves for another record crowd.â€

With over 16,000 people through the gates last year it’s no wonder they’re excited.
