queensland Hervey Bay And Fraizer Island

Hey, guys, I am heading up to Hervey bay for 2 weeks around easter and am bringing my boat up. I am a keen fisho but I am unfamiliar with the area. Does anyone have a spot, area or technique that works for them i the area. I have a boat capable of rough conditions but we will be based from hervey bay. Cheers
