Just looks like there is a bit of chop on the surface, and/or the boat is moving. Looks ok to me, especially if you are using feet not metres as the unit. It is just the transducer moving up and down with the boat movement.

I get that when traveling over a wavy sandy bottom or sometimes if you are anchored up in a swell.

Hello all, after some help.
I have a lowrance hook2 7xts which I'm not sure is working right, its showing the bottom very jagged, Have some photos of what it's doing, maybe it is normal? Thanks for any help or info
