My goal is to just get out more! The missus and/or I have been crook most of last year, so that should hopefully get easier this year allowing me to get out and wet a line more often.

I think when fishing with mates its something shared, enhancing the friendship. A bit of friendly banter is always on! Yes, pretty much exclusively chase Luderick. Our childhood holidays, many years ago now, were mostly fishing and many times a month away in Nthn NSW fishing for Luderick. So Luds fishing holds a special place for me.

Went for a harbour session on Friday with a mate, as much for a catchup as for the fishing. Got some bait thanks to the local council having not cleaned out an ocean pool for a while, Fishing was slow with only 4 luds caught in the 4 hours we were there, but they were all 30-35cm's . . . perfect eating size. We both got 2 each. Good morning float watching and catching up with a mate.
