Hey Mate Yeah ive had some success around the Tugan area catchin pipi's. I found that the most effective time to catch them is on a low tide in as little as a few cm's of water. If your not getting any in an area dont try for ages just keep moving along the beach until you find some(cause there probably just not in that spot). That said you can probably catch them on most beaches at the Gold Coast ... you just have to keep trying until you find them haha.

We have two dogs a pedagree poodle and a king charles cavalier crossed with a molteez terrier they are both males under 4 years old. Dogs are definately the way to go.
