  1. After experiencing the discomfort and embarrassment of a prostate test on the National Health Service, a friend of mine decided to have his next test carried out while visiting in

Thailand where the beautiful nurses are rather more gentle and accommodating.

As usual he was asked to strip off, he lay naked on his side on the bed and the nurse began the examination.

"At this stage of the procedure it's quite normal to get an erection" said the nurse.

"I haven't got an erection" said the man.

"No, but I have" replied the nurse.

  2. www.coastwatch.com.au for weather forecast/conditions. They also have those generalised reports you're talking about. You can always ask on here if you're targeting something specific like squid and someone will respond if they have been out. Not everyone reports every trip they make but are usually happy to answer a question like that. :)

Seabreeze is alright for a preview.

  3. An old man rocking on his porch sees a young kid and his fishing pole walking down the dirt road. "Where you goin' with that pole?" he calls. "Gonna git me some fish with this here fishing pole!" answers the kid. Sure enough, as the sun is setting the old man sees the kid going home with a bucket of fish.

    .....

I'd never have picked he was an Asian from that accent :silly:

Note: This is a joke about the false theory that all people with full buckets of fish are Asian. It is not a joke about Asians.

  4. No teacher like experience, Greg.

Preventative maintenance wont stop everything. Annual servicing has not helped me at all. 2008 BRC I put in at Colmslie straight from the annual service. Motor was only running on 1 cylinder.

Similar with the Merc - the oil line decided to get blocked after 19 years of working fine.....700 metres later - POP!

Another thing to abide is never use Ethanol fuels in a 2 stroke.

  6. Back to the early genetics with that cross Kev.

They used pugs in the original mixes to get the first English Bulldogs.

I bet it's a grunter  Trying hard to be brindle too - nice dog.

With all these bull breeds we'll have to start a fight club so we can put nasty films on youtube and do some serious trash talking ;)

  7. He was the 2nd last and smallest. The other was black (white chest) and was mine and the oldest son's pick. The wife thought this one looked like Eric and was tearing up so we let her have the call. Happy with him now. Would love to breed the pair as I reckon the next generation would be even better looking.....but I think it's too much hassle, and can't have 3 :(

I think the other one would be well gone by now. We got Dusty late April.

Impossible !, but she has been competing. Girl farts just don't have that real substance to them

  10. Lost little Eric to cancer on Easter Sunday - didn't quite make it to 8years.

Consoled ourselves yesterday with the purchase of Roxanne, a purebred staffy.

Will be getting another staffy/bully cross male in the next few weeks hopefully - colour dependant.

Fishingnut, Where did you get yours ? (It's almost identical to the late Eric) Have you got any more recent pics of her you could post up ?

  12. In my biased opinion, electric start and a steering wheel is the way to go. You can always pull start it if you feel that way inclined. :P

The conversion would probably be too hard for me to tackle, but I'm sure there'll be plenty of members prepared to offer you a hand if you needed it. Although being a tradie you could probably do it yourself anyway. :)

A 35hp from the 70's will be the equivalent of about 28hp in todays terms. Old motors were measured at the flywheel, today it's at the prop.

$500 sounds pretty exy for a service on an old motor (usually simpler)
