The rod is a 12-20kg 12ft Daiwa Crossfire 20 Surf Rod, Im thinking of a Daiwa Aird 6000 LT reel for this, targetting mulloway, is this a good option or should I think of something else? Budget around 100.

As a IT person the link is a basic google forms link, it is safe but the questions are weird such as asking for your age and who you fish with, not sure why this would be needed for a fishing lure design questionaire

Recently bought the zman diezel minnowz in the pearl color with 4/0 size jig heads, how do I work the jig in the water? Just straight retrieval? twitching? if it helps im mainly targeting flathead
