I've made an executive decision.
We'll make it at Teewah, Friday 9/2/18 to Sunday 11/2/18.
 
Tides at Teewah are as follows :-

3:20 pm 1.37m

4:29 pm 1.38m

5:28 pm 1.42m
That should make travel times pretty easy going on hard sand unless you're traveling at dawn.
I'll travel up on the Friday and select a decent sized camp, then use my Navara (Opal blue) as the beacon.
I'll supply a two-burner stove and gas, 50litres of fresh water, some firewood, a couple of lanterns, some other things I can't yet think of.
Apologies to Julian, Beau and Lance for the date change, I hope you can still make it.

Definitely don’t change it for me.  With 3 kids under 6 I can’t commit to much.  U guys hold it when u want and I’ll do my best to make it

Thought I'd put it out there that there is no compulsion for people to stay the duration. Visit for a day or stay a week. There will be plenty of members there to pickup people from Tewantin ferry/Bribie (Woorim?)  if their car isn't suitable etc.

I'm a maybe too, depending dates and whether Liam's soccer has started (haven't worked that out yet). Will monitor the chat on here and let you know once I know

Nice work @ellicat and thanks for organising!  I’ll unfortunately have to be a maybe at this stage. I have a fishing comp on the Sunday and am heading to the Redcliffe 4x4 show at some stage that weekend to hopefully get a deal on a lift kit and bullbar.  
Just remember that u can only get a weekly permit for Bribie. So if u r only going for the day u r up for roughy $47.  Compared to North Shore $13 permit + $7 ferry each way + driving time to get there..
hopefully I can work something out and make it for the day.

I’m a maybe at this stage, depending on final dates.  Will likely take my own truck, potential for passengers if required. @Sparksie or @Old Scaley can have first dibs if interested.
 
I am fully equipped and capable of recovering pootrols, however, refuse to help anyone up the beach with 40lb in their tyres...  

Just a foot injury I did back in May last year... Stupid tree root...

Any after that weekend. Also out for 2nd march weekend and out for 5th April weekend but free other than that. 
In saying that I may need some surgery in the next month or so.
 

The dates aren't set in stone yet, so still some hope. What dates would suit you ?

We both have 4wd's and I should be able to take one or 2 extra people that don't have one.
