Yeah, just the standard 12mm hose. I’ll try to remember to look at the engine temperature gauge while flushing next time and see what it says.

I do the same. I just put the muffs over the intakes on the leg, which is where water is also drawn up to cool the engine when you are underway. And use the same engine support. Photos below. I’ve also added a photo of the two esky’s I use under the rear seat. If you place them as shown in the photo they fit nicely.

I just slide the muffs over the intakes just above the prop, like I have in all my boats over the years.

I’m not sure what either of you mean? I’ve used muffs since I first got the boat. I’ve never had any alarms go off. I just run it for ten minutes or so and switch off. Mine just have a hose attachment on one side and the other side just covers the intake.

I always use the muffs to flush the engine. Maybe I’m just old school but I think it is better for giving the engine a proper flush than the stupid connection on the side.

I also bought four rubber stoppers and attached them under the seat so it couldn’t move around. They work well.

I bought a couple of eskies from Aldi in the end. The esky provided is a touch too high for the space.
