Nill Not everyone will take the bag limit. If every boat did then there would be problems. Say on a sunday 10 boats went on the water and they had 4 in each boat and they took their quota, that would be 600 fish bass and yellas. Scary isnt it.

46 Yellas one morning has been my best, a few years a go in a post.

Just a little reminder to all the fishos,jockey caps and nothing else is asking for trouble. Its what the sun does now while you are young and not aware of what is happening that does the dammage.Whilst I have been getting my sun spots and cancers removed I have seen some ugly sights at the hospital and doctors surgery,people with the top part of their ears missing.If you prefer to wear jocky caps make sure you wear a head sock as well.Even with a big hat unless it has material underneath you still need a headsock to stop the rays off the water. Ortho doc happy with knee,organised to get one hip done after christmas. Off to the cosmetic skin specialist to get the end of my nose trimmed, he is hoping to be able to sew the cut back together while under the twilight zone next day and not need a skin draft.

Thankyou Luke for looking after this poor old fella while his knee heals (looks like being 2 years) might be sooner according to physio, we will see what the ortho doc says tomorrow, 12 long weeks so far.

Seen the skin specialist last friday, he wants to attack my nose (he has a bit to work with ) Claims he can remove small cancer and pull skin over it saving a skin draft.

Yeah we got a couple there on the way past also.

Went through a bit of agony going fishing this morning, but was ecstatic with the results. Luke and I decided to have a bait fish to start off with and then do some exploring, fishing the edges with spinnerbaits. I put up with the pain in my new knee until after midday then had to surrender. We managed 51 bass and 7 yellas, best day for awhile. Dino

Just got home from seeing the skin specialist, he wants to remove the tip of my nose, if small enough he can drag the skin down to cover, or otherwise a skin draft. I let him nitro the top of both ears, 6 on left arm ,8 on right arm and one on side of neck. Put anything off until early next year, got enough to get over at the moment.

Still thick in places.

Luke and I headed north up to lake macdonald for the morning yesterday.We hadnt been up this way for ages and enjoyed the change of scenery. Water was a bit murky but the fish were hungry and didnt mind at all.Managed nearly 40 bass, 2 yellas and an eel. Dino

Great fish, measured correctly its not a 60, check with the way to measure fish.

ditto If I caught a 60cm the first thing I would do is to get a pic on a brag mat, you can make a 45 look like a 60 by holding it close to the camera,but you are only fooling yourself.

Once again the water out at NPD was gin clear,consequently the fish were hard to find.By 9am Luke and I had only one fish each casting and trolling.I said we had better give these shrimp a swim,nec thingI look at the watch and its 11am and we finally were over 20.Hope the water gets a bit dirty soon and things pic up, might have to look at another venue.
