A man and his wife have gone to bed. After laying in bed for a few minutes the man lets rip a fart. Wifey rolls over and growls, "What in God's name was that?" Man says, "TOUCHDOUWN, I'm ahead, 7 to nothing!!!" A few minutes later the wife lets rip a Scorcher. Husband says, "Crikey, what was that?" She replies "Touchdown, tie score." The man lays there for about 10 minutes trying to work one up. He tries so hard he craps in bed. The wife asks, "Now what in the world was that?" He replies, "Halftime, switch sides."

Darling... says a husband sheepishly to his wife, Let's try a new position tonight. Good idea! She replies: You stand in front of the sink and do the dishes, and I'll sit in front of the TV and fart.!

    cleaning

I will send around some of my Mrs cooking. It seems to remove the contents of most stomachs pretty well. It should work on a few barnicles.

I have been out in the boat before and noticed an interesting smell coming from nearby boats as blokes chuff up on the water... I'd rather be landbased than out with blokes like that. You wouldn't get into a car with a bloke who is pissed or high... Probably worse on a boat!!! Agreed. Maybe a sticky could be added to the site somewhere on known safe and reliable skippers. This would be great for the young guys that are willing to take up any deckie spots offered.
  9. on another note, deckies also beware. there are some cowboy skippers out there. if you want to come back safely ,pick you skipper carefully. watch out for booze, drug users and badly maintained boat and equipment. Its can get real dangerous real quick outside guys choose who you go out with carefully if you intend on coming home.
  10. I ask the skipper how much they want for fuel or the trip out. if the skipper says $20 i pay $20 if the skipper wants $200 i pay $200.

  12. The advice you were given is sound. A standard car battery is not esigned to fill the completely empty. It will kill it very quickly. Deep cycle at least 100 Amp hour is good advice
  13. mine is a 5.2 mtr boat. Is on a braked trailer. Need aprox 6.7 mtrs for trailer to fit in the yard. trailer is rated to 1200kg. I think any boat longer just about needs to be on a tandem axle trailer. My current trailer has mechanical brakes not electric. The falcon will tow any of the boats you mentioned. No name tows his haines with a falcon. Only downfall is on a slippery ramp you may have troubles pulling her up.
  14. IVe been in plenty of seafarers Kev. They are quality built, great design, dry and stable. You will not beat it for a quality boat. Seafarer is now owned by haines. The only other boat that i reckon you should look for to match the ride and quality is a haines 445. These come in a centre console or runabout. The centre console is the most confortable small boat ive ever had the pleasure of riding in.
  15. the seafarer is by far the best boat out of all of those.
  16. manufacurer has to have a max hp plate on all boats these days
