  1. Nice session and video, keep them up. I found low light conditions blacks & purples go well and even pumpkin seed was a winner in the black rock area.
  2. Beautiful colour in the Golden’s.
  3. Thanks for reporting. The blue salmon are beautiful eating. Is that a bone fish you got? So many options at HB. Wouldn’t mind living around it somewhere.
  4. You can buy individual packs online, that what I did.
  5. It's not that he needs it gone, it just he found a mistake in figures leading to the over valuation and has address it.

We towed a couple of lures the other day and picked up 3 x mac tuna and a frigate tuna very quickly. I know we should have rigged the frigate but I didn't have a weighted trolling rig onboard.
  7. Last night Gobblers Lures dropped the Business sale price from $175k to $100K if anyone is interested.

They always take the big ones that resist the most. That one big spanish head, was that on a trolled dead bait? The ones you landed were they on lures? Maybe hooking them up higher in the water column may have got them past the sharks?
  9. The machine is only going to be an asset if you have the orders to run it. At a thousand lure per hour you need a **** load of orders to make it worthwhile. I said the machine was of no value at all to me and would continue to shoot them by hand. Over capitalizing is not for the new owner to pay for IMO.
  10. I’ve had a look at it and don’t believe it’s worth the money being asked based on current turnover. Lot of tax deductible perks but not for me unless the price is right.
  11. It was not the reason l resigned, that was unrelated and l didn’t know he was thinking of selling. However, after speaking with the owner yesterday apparently my departure bought him to the decision earlier than intended. I’ll ook into it and see if would be worth buying for my wife and l to run as s side business.
  12. Well I didn't expect that. Gobblers Lures business is up for sale as of yesterday. Hmmm, I'lI think about it
  13. I just spoke with Gobblers and gave @Drop Bear the Gobblers contact. He’s really the man that made it happen. I hope it continues into the future for the Wynumm Classic.
  14. As some may be aware I have been a Gobblers lure sponsored angler for last few years however, I resigned on Friday. I'll still be a customer of Gobblers Lures and continue to use them because they are a great lure in my book.
  15. I would love to have it this weekend but, sadly the replacement probably won’t arrive till next week.
  16. Certainly are and we have full water tanks for the winter dry spell.
  17. I'll see how long it will take to get a replacement before I get back out there. The better you get at editing the better the end result. I'm no movie maker but it's fun experimenting in beautiful locations.
  18. I’ve done it again. Mis-spelt ‘surrounds’ in the title.
  19. The file of the actual crash will not load. I was looking forward to it as well. In hindsight I could made my way down closer to the drone to re-establish connection and hoped the battery lasted because I was down to 30%. Apparently if you use an OTG (On The Go) cable that connects the remote to the phone rather than the wifi its more reliable. I ordered on last week but had not had a problem up till this point. I tried it again this morning and found the battery is catus but, with a newly charged battery it starts up and runs. The camera is good but the propeller motors sound uneven reving up and down so I didn't want to risk a flight with it. I'll call DJI this morning and see what my options are.
  20. It’s through DJI themselves it’s called DJI refresh and for my Spark it cost $99 and allows for 2 replacement drones in 12 months. About $600 dollars to buy another otherwise.
  21. After loosing connection with my drone this afternoon in a deep valley l had my first crash. Basically once l lost connection l panicked and hit the return home button. That didn’t work well with the drone flying into trees and crashing. I made my way down the embankment and went to where l last saw it. Using the phone GPS l tried pin pointing it. An hour plus later after walking through a stream and fighting my way through the steep hill of Lantana with showers of rain making all rocks supper slippery. The joy of finding my drowned drone on/in the edge of the creek was amazing. Why? Because l took insurance out called DJI refresh, which means as long as l can return the drone body and pay $79 dollars l can get a new replacement drone. I tried drying it out with a hair dryer but no go. Take 3 drive coming up.
  22. Just upgraded the net mesh to HD silicone rubber
  23. It was a good save. I expect this one will be easier to catch. Could even do it with the landing net in an emergency landing.
