ive heard that you can basically get a 2wd car up there now. good to know a standard spec 4wd can have a great trip up, thanks

great looking trip mate, its always been on my bucket list. maybe when the kids are older and will get some enjoyment out of it
no snorkel on the car? curious as to your thoughts on how the ute went and if youd make any mods for next time?

hey mate, looks like a small GT to me. just fyi too, for land based youve done well. especially on plastics.
 
the flathead ive caught at boggy creek landbased have all been small too. that area is great for flathead. if you ever get the chance, a small kayak around that area produces flathead really well

Yeah plus for brekky creek, we used to drive all the way from Ipswich to fish that spot at night when we first got our drivers license. Saw and caught plenty of great salmon there! Saw a 75cm snapper landed next to me during times of drought and high salinity.
