As far as I'm aware, Enoggera Reservoir has never been stocked.
The only catchable fish in there may be spangled perch, eels and possibly introduced ferals.

I just move my seat to the insert on the front casting platform.
Tried on of those stand up ones and just not confortable enough.

4.3 tinny would handle those conditions fine.
Since you can't have petrol outboards on NPD, for windy days you need to make certain your have an electric outboard with enought grunt and battery power to get around and back to the ramp.
Can't comment on eating quality as I'm a catch & release angler.
Having said that, people regularly take bass, golden perch and redclaws home to eat. It's about preparation and cooking method.

Today at noon Seqwater showed 63.5% for NPD and 96.2% for Kurwongbah at 14:36.
BOM forecasts falls around 80/100 mm for Thursday so tomorrow might see lake K overflow!!
