I assume the weed was downstream from the barrier at the boulders.

I use a small snap cause I change lures fairly often. Haven't noticed any problems

Be just a tad windy there today

It's good to wet a line. When the stir craziness get too much, I've gone down to the ramp and cast spinnerbaits for an hour or so around sundown. So far I've managed 3 in two trips.

Dunk the hat in the water every so often. The evaporation cools you down.

Yeah electrics only but I think you can keep your petrol outboard attached.

We should all have a fish there before the dam upgrade gets underway next year. The dam will be virtually empty for the duration of the work. Will go there when the doc tells me I can get my right leg wet.

Empties into Six Mile Creek and connects to the Mary River just south of Gympie. The intention is to rebuild the wall making the spillway wider. No plans to increase the height. The plan includes using the rubble from the current wall to create structures/habitats in the main basin.

Makes you think that with redclaws being prolific, bass may be tuckering down on the small ones so no large schools chasing bonny bream.
