Some cracking fish there mate and I am glad you are getting some good use of the boat.
We have given away 2 prize boats to people on this forum. I don't think @kmcrosby78 got as much use out of his
How is the Parson going? Lots of people were canning it when we were putting the prize packs together.yes mate going good had one issue at the start but they fixed it up hasnt mist a beat since

Yep that is wire weed then. That is what tugger and Aussie showed me.
Good spot for pearlies and snapper.
Does wire weed grow that big its 6 meters off the bottom?

Thanks Brad good luck Friday if you go
mate found it hard to scrap up a feed went saturday couldnt get through the boaties channel close to straddie was a good 2 meters on the bar so went out the northern channel currant was 4-5knts at times but around 3.5 the rest, not many livies on the grounds, heard they were on early and went off the bite around 7.30 in the morning was pretty flat off point lookout the bar was still up around lunch with a solid 2 meters on it good coming in, but was crashing all the way along.

Awesome trip mate. Makes me sad that I went to Moreton instead of offshore on the boat haha.
I had no idea nannies came down this far. Great to know. Is that a new thing?
Those thumpers make the others look tiny. Great stuff mate I am glad you enjoyed the feed and thanks for the read.
Oh and was it the Pearl Perch that spat out the ciggy butt?
with reports of reds coral trout and nannies they could move south in the warmer months
