Fishing records

Hey just curious if anyone on afo has any igfa records, australian or queensland records? I know neil shultz who wrote the article on sharking on afo has 30+ queensland and a couple of igfa records

I think I may still hold a sportfishing record for murray cod and also maybe the blue shark on fly which were both through ANSA.

The blue shark on fly was a world record capture but was disallowed because we used a flyer to land the fish. :( :( :( :(

Others I held years ago have been beaten though.

Have not been interested much in line class fishing or records for a long time exept for Longtail on 3 kg

The newest categories are 'Lenght only' records, no worries about points, line classes etc...

A lot of members like it especially the younger ones. We also run an annual lenght only comp the generates a fair bit of interest. All lenghts reset back to zero for 1 July each year.
