Nice, like i said didn't know how to explain the flavour. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ray as well for the last feed he gave me. I forgot about it til now, been hectic with work and uni, thankyou very much mate your a legend!

I also would like to thank Ray and so do my family/friends of which shared in the experience of tasting redclaw. I had one of em describe it, it's kind of in between the taste of a crab and a prawn and not as strong as prawns. Only way u will know tho is to try one yaself
