might go out to the mouth of river,friday nite and see what i can hook into,,try for thready or jew,,plus a line out for good old bully,,any prawns around at the moment in the river,,eg comlise boat ramp.etc.havnt be out since the floods,prawns for bait,not to eat

their are heaps of juvanile prawns around at the moment, when we were throwing the net around friday night, heaps of small prawns were jumping around but not big enough to stay in the net.

was at comlise friday night to cast net for livies. cast netted for about 30mins. ended up with 6 medium prawns and 20-30 herring. not much prawns. as madmullet said alot of small ones
