I lived in Yeppoon for 10 weeks in 2019 and tried fishing land based at The Causeway and Emu Park and went on my uncles boat about the same distance off shore and got bugger all. I caught more fish at the top of Farnborough beach at the mouth of the river there with low tide some queens and big dart being in the pools of water trapped in then at the run out blue salmon and queens in the waves at the mouth there. Used to use metal slugs, popper, fresh worms and pilly cubes.

There used to be a guy on here called Madmullet he put this up for shark fillets. I tried it with shovel nose and stingray and its bloody awesome. I used the Samboy ones as they seem to have loads of flavour. Great recipe!

Hey GAD this happened to me a few years back I had to reset my phone as I was doing it on my phone. As in turn it off and let it reboot. If its the computer and you haven't shut it down for a while sometimes restarting it helps... Otherwise as Ellicat said try logging out and login again... Hope this helps! On a side note after all these years being on the site I just discovered you live in Silkstone... My family is from Karrabin and I am born and bred there. Living in Childers at present but am back every fortnight visiting my kids... Should meet up one day for a coffee. Keep safe.

Sorry mate....... I can uninvite myself if I have annoyed you that much. I have been in the comp the last 3-4 years...... I normally come 3-5 just below Ellicat.

I just joined and because the other comp is in NRL.com as well they have awarded all my tips from the other comp so. I'm in the lead sorry! Nice to see Dropbear is in his usual spot.

I love the Bribie passage. I haven't fished there for 2 years however I have caught so many awesome fish there over the last 20 years.... Been going there since I was 12.

Hey lads sorry I didn't join the comp this year. I have been so busy with my kids and focusing on them and trying to not have the ex take them off me that I forgot to join. ON a positive note I have had 2 perfect rounds so far and leading my school tipping comp by 4 points. Robbie you have to stop tipping the Broncos but I do agree with kmcrosby that they did play well against Panthers. Hopefully they play like this more often. My tips for top 4 are Penrith, Bunnies, Roosters (injury preventing), St George. Mine and Ellicats beloved Tigers well we will see but. I don't think they will make there 9th spot like normal.

Hey man just make sure your tyres on car and boat trailer are down the hill half way through is tough. I went through in 2019 and it had been rained on a week or so before I had the 1HZ 80 series on 20psi and I ended up dropping to 16 as it was like powder on the hill. Great place amazing fishing off the rocks at bottom of beach. I fished from farnborough beach (Yeppoon) for 10 weeks at the mouth of the river and got blue salmon, queens, massive dart and bream in the waves.

Hey Hamish I used to be a local there and grew up fishing there and the junction. If you keep fishing where you were you can catch massive catfish between 50-80cm. Use the gar as bait but in chunks or strips like you lilies for flatty. We used to use 2/0 hook with a chunk on it with about a 45cm trace with a small sinker and swivel. There are bull sharks where you were too. Used to live at Kholo fished in that area loads. You should also get stripped grunter and eels. -

Bloody Storm cost me a perfect round! IT's time for Sielbold to go. It's turning out like Farah and Taylor stand off. Like Kevin for the job however concern is the culture of the club is the problem not the Coach. Heard some things about off field shenanigans and also seen some damning video evidence on a guys phone at the pub who knows a guy who knows a guy. Anyways was all legit. There is more problems at the club than they are letting the public know.....

Storm were clinical, Tigers were awesome! Broncos disgraceful, Dragons showed what they are capable of, Panthers on cruise control but very clinical, Sharks and Raiders looking good, Knights still dark horse.....

Maybe my heart doesn't really want to sell it and I want to hang on to it... I am just paying 5 regos and insurances on 2nd year teacher wage..... I have New DMAX, 1991 1HZ80 series, 1963 Fairlane, boat and trailer.
