It's only legal to castnet in tidal waters, so not in a freshwater creek.

Yeah I have big plans for the storage and cast deck, in process of designing anchor well, new electrical hub, and then move onto front cast deck and put esky in bench seat with live well in front and battery for electric motor in small storage box beside that then timber and carpet the cast deck 
 
currently has a 2000, 40hp 2 stroke and sits on bout 45-50km with 2 pob

anyway im pretty new to fishing so sorry in advance if i ask u guys some odd questions 

IS the hull manufacturer still around if so contact them. I would assume that the seats are structural as there does not appear to be many ribs visible . What is the rated hp of the hull a 50% increase is a fair bit for the hull to handle and unless more reinforcing is applied to the stern you possibly could have problems with the stern cracking . Why do you wish to remove seats,? Also to install underfloor tank  be aware if you do not install in same place as your portable one it could affect the balance of the boat and they are a pain as you will now be locked into having to go to the servo to fill the tank.

Flathead jewfish jacks Barra Trevally freshwater or saltwater cod would be my main target speices with those lures.

Great lure for Flathead - caught plenty using them.
Haven't tried them on many other species yet.
