Lake Cootharaba?

hey guy, heading up to lake cootharaba for a week and plan on doing some fishing. been there many times before but havent realy fish just sailed. i will have a yak and a small boat with a 4hp to get around, dont no anywhere to fish so if anyone has a spot they want to share that would be great. and any advice would be good aswell.

kin kin creek is the bomb for tarpon and trevs on surface and in warmer month is good for jack and cod.... it is a beautif creek and the further you go up the better it gets.

rite up in the brackish/fresh you will find good bass.

on the flats in the lake you will oick up lizard on s.p's and hard bodies.

the lake is generally know for whiting, bream and flathead. when walking the banks be careful of stringrays.

we fished in 2yr ago now and it is worth the motor or paddle across....
