Im wanting to change my email address, does anyone know if I can change it without having to change all my details on sites? Like this one, do I have to update my details individually on each site?

Ok, is it a security reason or just a spam related thing?? Pretty sure if you sign up for hotmail you can link all your email accounts (even non hotmail ones) together. That way you could still keep your details for all these type of forums in your old email address, whilst still creating a new one. - Hope that helps

Its mainly spam related, tried blocking tools but doesnt always work. Lately been getting delivery status notification failure messages, but I dont send out emails? I'm talking 30 a day and it's getting painful deleting them

Yes, or the site will still contain your old email address.

EDIT:changing your email is a good easy way to bypass spam.

In the meantime you could try contacting your email administrator....
