Incredible storm I could not believe it when I seen it.

Best wishes to all down that way, talk about a freak storm.

"A waterspout-turned-tornado that slammed into a NSW beachside town has destroyed homes, thrown boats and left dozens injured.

Lennox Head on the NSW far north coast copped the full brunt of the storm, with the water-spout hitting land at 7.30am and moving across the town.

Eyewitnesses said the streets resembled a warzone and that the tornado "sounded like a jet coming to land on a house"."

Crazy stuff and I was there yesterday letting some pigeons go from Moreton head headland.

yeah In between Balina and Byron a great little headland and beach.

I have never seen a storm like that in the area.

Hit so fast and hard, incredible.

well good to see no one was killed, now for the cleanup I guess, plenty of work for builders.
