Brisbane River Fishing, Incoming or Out going Tide

Brisbane River fishing,

What's best, Incoming Tide or Outgoing Tide?

I seem to think that it's Incoming, Whats your take on this?

High on the turn (anything),

then outgoing (anything), then low (Jew, threadfin), then low on the turn(Jew, threadfin).

I never do any good on incoming, but I do not fish the river mouth.

Dead low does produce for me at times but not any big ones.

I used to fish the incoming religiously growing up... now i favour the outgoing more than the incoming but it dosnt really matter sas long as your out there enjoying it

hit the nail on the head there jeff!!! i agree with this 100% all though fish can be caught any time of the tides. this is my rule of thumb.

Cool, I will keep on getting out there regardless, seems like where I fish Landbased

I only catch on the turn and incoming.

I think tide and moon phase may help you there, I think its turning tide and new moon, but not 100%, I got that from a Hawksbury River article, and that's a long way away.

You could always live bait breakfast creek

yeah i agree with an hour either side of turn. seems to produce the bigger fish.
