resolved Error on responding to Group invite

Getting the following error when accepting an invitation to join a Group:

I.E. for ya, have you tried firefox

Have done in the past but I run Chrome for all my browsing these days - just figured I'd try it in IE to make sure it wasn't just a browser related issue.
