what happend to the goingfishing topic that used to be  on here

used to be quite a popular feature I thought.

yer was a good way to meet other people

Problem was half the posts in it were not relevant and half the Going Fishing posts were made elsewhere and had to be moved into it.

Plenty of people have still been making those posts just in the relevant region (South QLD) etc.

If it is a larger coordinated event inviting a whole bunch of people Fishing Events is a good option.

Over the last year webby has culled a few sections for similar reasons streamlining the site.

Traffic is WAY up the last 3 months so something is working
