Headed up to Cairns to see family, and managed to get out today to enjoy the magic weather Cairns was experiencing.

We headed out with a plan to head out to the reef however after some motor problems with the outboard we had to change plans and ended up fishing on the inside of Fitzroy Island. 

A variety of fish were landed (shark, trevally, small mouth nanagai) but unfortunately phone battery died so didn't manage to photograph many.
