Thanks for that Ray. I have some really happy memories from Moreton over the years. Like camping on the ocean beach and catching those big silver summer whiting, whacking the fillets off and throwing them on a hot barbie plate with butter and lemon within 20 minutes of catching them. 

I had relatives who ran the lighthouse at one stage. When I was about 17 my girlfriend and I spent a week there. First night at the dinner table after the two of us spent the afternoon frolicking in the sand dunes, the lighthouse keeper made a point of telling me how good his binoculars were and what a great view you get from the top of the lighthouse. Funny days.
