im having troubles resizing my photos?

can anyone give me a few tips that might help?

The conditions require the file be <100kb and < 500 x 500 pixels.

Option 1.

Open the picture file in MS Paint;

Use CTRL W to reduce the size by percentage*;

Save the file as *.jpg (NOT *.BMP)

* if you hold the cursor at the bottom righthand corner of the pic the pixel count will show on the bottom frame of the MS Paint window.

Option 2

Download Feral's resizer to do it all automatically for you. Follow the instructions.

Also, AFO can automatically resize during upload most sized photos (there is still limits but they are much higher) now in both the forum and profile albums.
