queensland mud island trip 8/2

went out with my bro and a mate to the reef out there anchored up just after the turn around of tide around 4 and fished the sunset. there was lots of realy active small stuff around. we bagged 9 30+ cm fingermarks and 4 sweetlip up around the high 30s all withing 2 hours then it was like someone pressed on the kill switch around 8ish so decided to head back. weather was great, water was managable with a moderate swell (i gotta a 13ft tinny) the whole time with a light seabreeze apprently 5-7 knot SE winds.

Last time i went out (about 3 months ago) i was anchored and this other boat (16-17ft fibreglass half cab was drifting- the dumb prick drifted to with 3feet of my boat- i yelled out 'oi c*** get away from here and all he said in a docile manner was 'oh bit close arent i' and im like 'no s***' then hes just moved away and the bad thing is this bloke is the parent of a probably 10 year old boy whos going to 'follow in his fathers footsteps'- nice role models :silly:

exactly GF oxygen thief's should not be allowed to breed! Commonsense ain't so common! Have had the kill switch out that way as well would love to know what happens!
