During my paddle around the barungwarra wetlands on the South Pine river yesterday I came across what looks like a private boat ramp being constructed.

If it is a private ramp - How much money and influence do you reckon you would have to have to knock down mangroves and build your own private boat ramp and pontoon in a wetlands reserve?
