How to seperate rod????!??

hey guys recently bought a monster mesh rod and tonight have tried to seperate it into the 2 piece but it wont come out. its seperated at the butt of the rod and im not sure how to get it out, i had got it out when i first bought it but now its really hard and ive only had it for a couple of weeks. anyone know what to do?

on the saltiga poopping rod when its niot coming out hold the bottom guide t(the big one haha) and pull it wont break the guide

also holding the guide and twisting the blank will come out easily *should*

you might want to try running warm but not hot water on the outside piece as it should make it exapnd a little. Or maybe apply a light oil to the join.

If that doesn't work then you've got yourself a 1 piece

not sure what oil to use but ill try the warm water trick, any other suggestions if this doesnt work?

1 piece rod as mack attacks said haha if the oil or water doesent work

pull it apart the same way that you would dismantle a fly rod.

standing up with legs shoulder width apart put the rod behind your knees grab the rod with left hand and hand against the outside left knee do the same with right hand right knee and spread your knees apart whilst still grabing the rod in each hand.using your knees to push against your hands and pull apart the rod. this is the only way to dismantle your expensive 2 or 3 piece rods with out damaging the eyelets or the nice shiny clear coat on the blank.
