Reel Suggestions for my new rod

Hey guys just pick up a samurai 101 and looking at what reel to put on it thinking around the $300 range so a stradic c14 or sustain 1000 came to mind any suggestions anyone used those reels and have a preference anyone used this combo. What are peoples thought on the rod i got it second hand as i couldn't justify that kind of cash on a rod. feels unreal in the hand can't wait to put a reel on and get out there

daiwa sol only coz i have one and its beautiful sorry dont have any of the stradic or sustain

i would say stradic c14. because the samurai is so light waited. it should be match with something light as well. i have myne with steez beatiful combo. i also tried my sol on it but felt unbalanced.

try the reels on there. ci4, luvias are both lightweight reels, but luvias is out of your range... could also try a standard stradic as it comes with two spools.

Mate can I suggest PM'ing or Emailing the guys from Uncharted.

They have some exceptionally good new and used stock in at the moment that would easily suit your budget.

Maybe try a new caldia there a nice reel and in your price range. Im very happy with mine and thought that they were better than stradic or sustain. but thats my preference only the other two reels are also nice good luck Andrew (SouthEast Fishing Adventures)
